My first point of contact on the main number was Alan who was very calm and reassuring with regard to the error on my part and my circumstances. He said that an engineer would be with me in about 20 minutes which I thought was remarkable and very optimistic, however, the drainer was with me in 20 minutes, FANTASTIC.
He was excellent, he explained the procedure required to correct the problem together with the timescale to complete the job and, as the temperature was around 3 degrees with snow on the ground, he sat us in his clean van with the heater on for the duration. My location was Capel St Mary and after completing the job we started the car and made sure that it was running smoothly. I completed my journey home, about 400 miles, without any problems and could not be more satisfied with the whole procedure and the work carried out

During a "senior moment" Friday 9th March 2018 I fueled our worse for wear Volvo S60 with unleaded petrol not realising I drove a couple of miles and stopped at a local beauty spot, my trouble began when I tried to restart the engine, I called the AA and we were recovered to home address very early Saturday Morning (1.20am). We were directed to the "FUEL FIXER" I called 10.30am Saturday and they were with us and problem fixed by 1.30pm. Fast response and excellent job. Happy to recommend.
